The service
Scale Your Profit provides Amazon and Walmart advertising management and reporting to clients under a separate service agreement. The scope, fees and working arrangements are defined in that agreement.
Client authorisation
Amazon clients authorise Amazon access through Amazon's consent process and may revoke it from their Amazon account. Walmart Connect access is granted separately through the relevant Walmart account or partner controls. Clients are responsible for having authority to grant access to each account.
No guarantee of results
Advertising outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including product demand, pricing, competition, inventory, listing quality and marketplace conditions. We do not guarantee sales, ranking, revenue or profitability results.
Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Polish law and by the separate agreement with the client.
Termination and data deletion
When the service ends or access is revoked, relevant access ends and data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms are published on this page with a revised effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Gdańsk, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
